Yes! You don't need to repair or update anything in your home. You might be able to get more for your home if you do, though, so if you'd like to maximize the return on your investment take a look at our Full Service Listing model

No, our No Commission Listing model is ideal for homeowners looking to save money on fees while still getting qualified representation when it counts - during the negotiations

Am I Required to Pay a Buyer's Agent Commission?

No, buyer's agent commission fees are always optional when you sell a property. Offering a commission to the buyer's agent can help allow more potential buyers be able to afford to purchase your property, but it is always up to you whether you offer one, on either our No Commission Listing or Full Service Listing models. No matter what you decide, you will never pay Movemint a commission under our No Commission Listing model
